The blow molding department consists of 6 blow molding machines capable of producing parts from 30 grams to 4.5 kgs. The injection molding plants are equipped to process various types of resins, from basic to glass-filled nylons. Viceroy's rotational molding machines produce vinyl balls, polyethylene carousel horses and industrial displays. Custom decorating at Viceroy is a very important factor to its success. This department has its own jigs/fixtures tool shop capable of producing very efficient drilling, cutting, printing and fixtures.
